dc.description.abstract	Capt. Claude B.Mayo, USN (Ret.), relinquished his post as superintendent of the California Maritime Academy at Morrow Cove to Commo. Russell M. Ihrig, USN (Ret.), yesterday during an impressive ceremony at the academy gymnasium. Henry Blackstone, chairman of the academy board of governors, presided as the change of command took place and paid high tribute on behalf of the board to the retiring superintendent.	en_US
